Assistance
To assist families with payment, there are organizations in the HRM that offer financial assistance for children registering in sports programs. Please visit, “KidSport” and “HRM Kids” along the left side of our website for more information.
Family Discount
Bedford Soccer Association offers a family discount to families who register 3 or more children. Families registering 3 or more children receive 50% off the lowest fee. This discount applies to base fees only. Unfortunately, we cannot offer this discount to the tier fee. New this year, the discount can be processed online.
Refund Policy
Registration refunds are available as follows: before April 30, 100%, before May 31, 50%, before June 30, 25%. In addition, a $25 admin fee is charged for all refunds. NO refunds will be issued after June 30.
Tax Receipts
Receipts are emailed automatically when registering online. They are also emailed to all members in January. Please note that receipts are in the name of the parent who registers the child. Please make sure the the parent info is correct when registering your child.
